We work with Integrated Seating and Wheelchairs in their Seating and Wheelchair Clinic. We collaborate to offer flexible pathways to support you through the Assistive Technology process — wherever you are on your journey.

• In-Clinic Assessments: Our qualified clinicians can complete your Assistive Technology assessment from the start, including seating and wheelchair prescription.
• Collaborative Approach: If you already have a treating clinician completing your assessment, we’re happy to work alongside them to provide the recommended wheelchair and equipment trials.
• Support at Any Stage: Whether you're just starting out or partway through the process, we’ll meet you where you are and offer the appropriate support and expertise.

We follow a structured, collaborative approach to ensure every wheelchair solution is tailored to meet your unique needs — all in one location. From assessment and equipment trials to provision, review, and ongoing support, our expert team works closely with you and your treating clinicians to provide a seamless, personalised experience. 

1. Pre-Trial Assessment

Your journey begins with an initial consultation at our clinic. During this comprehensive assessment, we evaluate your posture, mobility, and clinical needs to begin identifying suitable equipment options.

2. Equipment Trials

We provide in-clinic trials of the wheelchair models recommended by your treating clinician, who has completed your Assistive Technology assessment. These trials help ensure the selected equipment meets your functional and postural goals.

3. Provision

Once your funding is approved, your customised wheelchair will be provided. We ensure all specifications match your assessed needs and preferences.

4. Review & Follow-Up

After provision, we offer ongoing review and follow-up appointments in the clinic. These sessions allow us to fine-tune your equipment and make adjustments as your needs change over time.
