We offer extended appointment times so we can fully understand your life, priorities, and goals. This allows us to collaborate closely with you and your broader support team to make informed decisions about your care and achieve meaningful outcomes.
We place strong value on daily living, participation, and recreation. When appropriate, we conduct offsite consultations to better understand your home, workplace, or community environment. This enables us to assess real-world challenges and make targeted adjustments to your orthosis or prosthesis, helping optimise comfort, function, and overall quality of life.

We treat every material as a valuable resource and prioritise manufacturing processes that minimise waste, helping reduce our environmental impact while maintaining high-quality care. For this reason, we continue to use plaster of paris (gypsum) as our primary method for casting and cast modification, rather than using 3D scanning technologies.
Plaster of Paris is recycled back onto our gardens to help break up heavy clay soils. By comparison, 3D scanning workflows rely on foam blocks and plastic components to mill device moulds, which go into landfill.
